With GE’s Mentor Visual iQ VideoProbe, inspections may now be conducted more precisely and effectively. Images have never been clearer thanks to a high-definition camera that enables digital zoom. The VideoProbe is becoming an increasingly useful tool for inspectors in the manufacturing, oil and gas, aerospace, and power generation industries because to developments in Point Cloud-based 3D measurement.
With the use of GE’s most sophisticated VideoProbe, which enhances POD, you can map, measure, and analyze indications in a fully surfaced Point Cloud with the utilization of Real3DTM computing capability.
Inspectors may verify measurement setup in real time with the use of 3D Point Cloud visualization, which lowers the possibility of erroneous measurements that could lead to unneeded downtime, scrap, and maintenance expenditures in addition to safety or reliability problems.
Furthermore, even more accurate measurement is now achievable from greater distances thanks to the new long-range 3D measurement tip, TrueSightTM HD images, and digital zoom.
