Description
SciAps X-200 Handheld XRF alloy Analyzer has a detector geometry and X-ray tube that are finely optimized. Because of its speed, analytical performance, lightweight, small form factor design, and combination of these features, the X-200 is quickly taking the lead in non-destructive testing and scrap processing. On all metal families, including aluminum alloys, it is quick. The LODS is approximately 1.5 times more sensitive than the X-300 for geochemical applications, and it provides same environmental, pathfinder, exploration, and mining element suites.
The SciAps Empirical App is also accessible for users who wish to create their own calibration models and test different kinds of materials. Fundamental parameters, Compton Normalization (EPA Method 6200), or user-defined empirical calibrations can be used to factory calibrate analyzers.
