ECOM J2KNpro Portable Emissions Analyzer Work

The ecom-J2KNpro Expert features an available NDIR bench for measuring CO2, high CO, and CH4. It measures exhaust emissions using electrochemical sensors, most often O2, CO, NO, NO2, and SO2 gases. Accuracy requires a clean sample with a high flow rate, which is ensured by the reliable filtration system, Peltier gas cooler, and 9V high-flow pump. Even in the most demanding testing conditions, the sensors’ electronic monitoring adjusts for temperature variations, and the CO sensor has a separate fresh air pump that kicks in when a maximum concentration limit—typically 4,000 ppm—is surpassed. The high-speed flow rate, sophisticated sensor monitoring, and strong sample conditioning characteristics of the ecom-J2KNpro Expert analyzer provide unparalleled accuracy and reproducibility.

Measurement Capabilities of ECOM J2KNpro Portable Emissions Analyzer
O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, combustibles, CO2, high CO, and CH4 are among the available gas sensor options. Flue gas temperature, outside temperature, and sensor temperature are examples of temperature sensors. Two common measured features are draft and pressure. For rich burn applications, there is a high-range CO sensor available. Additionally, “low NOx” versions of the NO and NO2 sensors with a resolution of 0.1 ppm are offered. The CO2, extra air, losses, O2 correction, combustion efficiency, and mass emissions in pounds per hour, tons per year, or grams per horsepower are all calculated.
